This works awesome! It runs quiet and my dog who runs from the regular floor vacuum loves to be groomed with his new “brush” which amazes me! The cat likes it and even the short hair dog asks to be groomed when I am done brushing her much larger and much furrier companion. But even better is the clothing and furniture attachment! A couple of quick swipes and the ever present fur on the couch is history! It doesn’t get it all but it gets more than the big vacuum and in less time! So again I’m amazed! I have no need for the trimmer for the pets but hubby jokingly said he was gonna use it as a beard trimmer so I would not complain about cleaning up beard hairs in the bathroom lol. Product was a bit pricey but well worth the purchase! Another thing I noticed is less dander meaning less frequency needed for doggie bath time which also means less dog fur getting in the bathtub and clogging the drains. I’m guessing (although both dogs take flea and tick pills monthly) that the occasional tick that gets on them would come off during brushing and be sucked away into the vacuum part. That is a plus because occasionally they like to roam in the tall grass and come home with a hitchhiker. Now I just give them a quick brush when they come in and no ticks getting in the house. This has saved me tons of time in daily floor cleaning up fur in the house and has even helped my allergies. So bottom line: it works great and I’m glad I got it. For the quality and the price it is well worth it. I would recommend to others.

Do yourself a favor and just buy this. If you are like me, you pride yourself on saving money and not paying a fortune to get your dog groomed at the groomer every few months. I’ve bought every trimmer that pops up on Amazon under $50 on the first page and after using it once on both dogs, it just stops working. I also always have to fight trimmers to cut my dogs fur because Wheaton Terriers have such wired fur. I finally caved and bought this as a last ditch effort before swallowing my pride and just taking the dogs to a professional. I figured, getting two dogs groomed is going to cost me roughly $200 so I’ll suck it up and buy for something more expensive, if this didn’t work, I was done investing in grooming them myself.HELLO FOREVER HOME GROOMER. Even if this thing broke after two uses, it’s still cheaper than taking them to the groomer. But here’s the kicker, ITS AWESOME. I groomed two dogs, had to empty the collector 4 times, and it worked like a charm. Normally it’s a few day ordeal to groom both dogs but I did it in an hour….what do I do with all my free time?? There’s also not a single hair that escaped. It’s truly magical. I cannot attest to how the other pieces work and probably won’t use them because my dogs don’t shed. But I imagine they are just as great.The only downfall is my dogs are afraid of their shadows. They normally run when I get trimmers out but this was a new level of panic for them. It doesn’t have a buzzing sound like trimmers, more a low hum like a vacuum cleaner (probably why they freaked). The volume truly isn’t loud but the suctioning of their fur I think really did them in. Wrestling them to get this done in an hour was well worth it though.Do yourself a favor and stop buying crappy $40 trimmer and spend the extra little bit to get this magical device. You won’t regret it.

I bought this after having my standard poodle for over a year and hating having to spend $$ to have him groomed or dealing with the aftermath and of an at home grooming session.A friend who also has a standard poodle suggested it months ago but I was hesitant because of the price, but when I asked if she still loved it and she said yes and sent me a link and it happened to be on sale I figured it was worth a shot. I’m so glad I did! It truly was such a better experience!While it is a vacuum that does make noise and I wouldn’t classify it as quiet it isn’t too loud. A slower pace seemed to work best. The only thing I didn’t love was how small the canister is. I had to empty it 4 times (but my poodles a bigger one 60lbs). But it’s so easy to do that it’s not a big deal.100% recommend

I need some practice, my poor dog looks like he’s been thru the wringer. But overall this little grooming kit is well worth your $$! The sound of the vacuum can be a little scary for the smaller dogs but it’s tolerable. I absolutely love how easy it is to operate, as well as the clean up after you’re done grooming. It’s lightweight, my mom with her arthritis hands can carry it. Should have bought this sooner. I for one will not longer wait all afternoon at a groomer place for my dog.Another thing that made me happy is how the cord is stored under the canister, no mess, all orderly. Go get this! You won’t regret it.

I unboxed and put this machine together just before bed. The next morning, I grabbed my little one and decided to test it out just a bit. I ended up grooming my pom from the comfort of my bed in half an hour. Next time it will go faster now that I have the hang of it.Before, I would set him up in a chair in my livingroom with my shop vac at my feet. Hair would get all over the floor and my clippers would get hot. It would take well over an hour, if not two! I have two poms, so I’d never groom them both the same day. Now, I can do them both in an hour!I love this machine and would recommend it highly!

My dog is skittish but loves this pet fur vac. She sheds a new coat weekly so I really needed help keeping up with the flying fur all over everything. This is so quiet it doesn’t scare her and with the attachments, I can also clean the couch and rugs. Haven’t used the clippers but they look good quality. Highly recommend this unit!

I am so happy with the ease of this product! In the past, giving my shih tzu a hair cut took me over 2 hours, including cleanup of the entire bathroom counter and floor! Now, with this vacuum as you go, I am totally done in 30 mins! The dander brush on my other dog and one cat is great and they don’t mind the very quiet whir of the unit. My other cat, however, freaked out and I had to put 7 bandaids on my one hand alone! Now, she stays hidden when I use it on the other pets. But I bought it for the grooming on the shih tzu and it’s absolutely perfect! Sooo easy to use.

I have 4 dogs that I groom at home:A shi-poo with thick wavy hairA yorkie-poo with fine, thin “cotton” hair2 miniature Australian shepherds with tons of fur in different textures who she’d like crazy if I don’t keep them trimmedWhen I groom them with clippers and scissors, it’s usually an all day affair. I spend several hours fighting to remove the fur from the clippers as I cut, trying to get each body part trimmed, hoping the clippers don’t overheat & scissor cutting parts that I can’t get to with the clippers (usually legs). By the time I’m done, I’m exhausted, the dogs are frazzled, and then I get to clean up the mess.With this device, I trimmed all 4 dogs in just over an hour! And have very little mess! The vacuum sucks up the fur as you cut and keeps the clippers cool. I was able to trim their legs with the clippers too. I didn’t need scissors for much at all. I am shocked at how great it works…especially for the price.I cannot recommend this device enough. If you groom at home or have ever considered it, you want this!

I have been grooming, my mini Labradoodle at home for a while because he has such anxiety about going to the groomers. He doesn’t always do well with grooming even with me, but it is easier for me as his mom to handle it. I was cutting his hair with normal dog clippers and I was making a huge mess. I was covered in hair. There was hair on the floor. This product is quiet and cleans up all hair! My guy is much better with this product than with the traditional clippers. I use the undercoat brush first before grooming him.
